Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential merchants who would be interested to collaborate with the company.
- Establish new relationships with merchants and manage existing merchant accounts through sales visits, regular follow-up calls, and other means.
- Conduct sales presentation to merchants to introduce the company’s services and selling points.
- Propose, negotiate, and close deals with merchants.
- Ensure delivery of quality services to merchants.
- Report sales activities and achievements to the management.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related disciplines from a reputable university.
- Min. 3 years experience in sales and customer relationship management with proven track record.
- Good network with merchants from the F&B, retail, leisure, and entertainment industries is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to market and sell to key decision makers.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, persuasive.
- Result and service oriented.
- Excellent communication in written and oral Bahasa Indonesia or English.

Customer Service Officer/Admin
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls/emails from merchants and members.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to other departments.
- Keep records of all communications via customer service lines and details of actions taken.
- Secretarial & administrative support to the company.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain databases.
- Represent the company in the best possible way as the first point-of-contact to company guests and callers
- Min. Diploma from reputable academic institution.
- Min. 2 years experience as customer service/admin.
- Excellent in written Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Excellent in verbal Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passionate, motivated, has positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Customer and service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and softwares (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
