Job Description :

  • Collection and collation of data and reports for the two managers
  • Data entry and processing to include report generation
  • Updating of all registered documents.
  • Preparation of presentation reports for managers
  • Others, as may be assigned.
Experience Required :

  • Junior level staff with 2 years experience as filing clerk and knowledgeable in hardcopy/ softcopy filing
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office
  • Having experience in civil construction is an advantage but not a must
  • Knowledge of QMS ISO 9001 or any QMS is an advantage
  • Having experience working with expatriate
